CIPA Compliance Certification
Schools that receive federal funding must have CIPA compliance certification, confirming that they have met the following requirements depending on the federal funding program used. If a school receives funds from both E-rate and Title II-D, then they must complete both certifications in order to be CIPA compliant.For E-rate CIPA compliance certification, the FCC will require schools to certify the following using Form 486:
