The Lesson Creator is an online curriculum tool that's built into the Global Chalkboard. Upon logging into the Global Chalkboard from a school, teachers are immediately directed to the Lesson Creator where they can create, copy or modify Web-based lessons for their students.
Access and Customize Prepackaged Lessons
The Lesson Creator gives teachers immediate access to preloaded BASCOM Lessons developed by our in-house Education Specialists — all certified teachers with K-12 classroom experience. Organized by subject and grade level, BASCOM Lessons are easy to use and satisfy a variety of curriculum requirements.Within the Lesson Creator online curriculum tool, a teacher can easily use BASCOM Lessons to be instantly productive or they can copy and modify one of these prepackaged lessons for their specific needs.
Create Your Own Web-Based Lessons
An experienced Global Chalkboard user can build new Web-based lessons that include instructions and Web sites for accessing learning resources. When students perform the online lesson at their computer, they read the instructions entered by the teacher and are guided to the Web sites needed to perform the activity.This is a sample of a Student Start Page for a Middle School, Science lesson.
